Key Responsibilities

• Manage an account portfolio: Build and sustain robust customer relationships
• Collections: Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly standards
• Account maintenance: Secure payments and maintain account health using management tools
• Route completion: Handle deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups efficiently
• Customer service: Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes
• Sales growth: Generate new rental agreements and contribute to revenue
• Merchandise handling: Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise
• Store and vehicle upkeep: Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Compliance: Follow all safety and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
• Ability to drive a box truck
• Extended periods of standing and driving

Schedule & Work Environment ⏰

• Full-time schedule, Monday–Saturday
• Sundays off and one additional weekday off
• Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing
