Overview

• Position: Temporary to Hire
• Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may adjust in the future)
• Location: 100% on-site (NOT remote), Irvine, CA
• Travel: May need to attend conventions twice a year

About the Role

We are seeking two friendly, detail-oriented Customer Care Agents to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors. Your role is essential in ensuring each customer feels valued, supported, and confident in our brand's warmth and professionalism. ❤️

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
• Assist customers and distributors with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support.
• Resolve issues with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no concern is left unresolved.
• Build strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Translate or explain marketing materials and product info for multilingual audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador — embody the company’s passion for skincare and core values.

Requirements

• Proven background in front-facing customer service and handling escalated issues.
• Must be bilingual in Korean.
• Strong communicator with active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, positive, and customer-first attitude in every interaction.
• Experience in customer service or direct sales (skincare or beauty industry experience is a plus).
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and professionalism.
