Join a rapidly expanding skincare company in Irvine, CA, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French bilingual required). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional customer care.

Position Details

  • Type: Temporary to Hire
  • Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may adjust)
  • Location: 100% on-site, NOT remote
  • Travel: May require twice-yearly travel to conventions

About the Role

We are seeking two friendly, detail-oriented Customer Care Agents to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors. Your role will ensure that each customer feels valued, every issue is handled with care from beginning to end, and all interactions reflect the warmth and professionalism of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support: Connect with customers via phone, email, and chat with friendliness and professionalism.
  • Assist customers and distributors: Handle inquiries related to products, order tracking, returns, and accounts.
  • Resolve issues thoroughly: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no concern is left unresolved.
  • Build loyalty: Develop and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Translate and explain: Clarify marketing materials and product information for multilingual audiences.
  • Collaborate internally: Work cross-functionally with teams to enhance processes and overall customer experience.
  • Embody the brand: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's passion for skincare and its core values.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven background in front-facing customer support and handling escalated issues.
  • Language Skills: MUST be bilingual in French.
  • Communication Skills: Natural communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personality Traits: Empathetic, positive, and customer-first mindset.
  • Industry Experience: Customer service or direct sales experience preferred, especially in skincare or beauty.
  • Organization: Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation
