🎯 Position Overview
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service/Retention Specialist, you'll be instrumental in supporting over 3 million customers and helping retain our valued client base. This fully remote, full-time role offers an excellent chance to grow within a company committed to healthy living and human betterment.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and requests with courtesy and energy.
- Educate customers about products and their benefits through tailored information.
- Convert cancellation requests into sales opportunities by applying advanced retention strategies.
- Customize offers to meet each customer’s unique needs creatively.
✅ Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Strong computer skills, including 30+ WPM typing and navigating multiple programs
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible in dynamic environments
- Empathetic, diplomatic, with sound judgment
- Positive, personable, and genuinely interested in others’ well-being
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound call center
- Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving
- Reliable, committed, and open to coaching and feedback
- Driven, patient, capable of independent or team work
- Goal-oriented with a focus on monthly targets and excellent customer service
- Experience resolving billing issues and explaining procedures
- Technical requirements:
- Windows 10 Version 21H1 or higher, with at least 8 GB memory
- 9th Gen Intel Core i3 or equivalent AMD processor
- Dedicated Ethernet/LAN connection for stable internet
- High-speed internet (min. 100 Mbps), preferably fiber
- Noise-cancelling headset with microphone 🎧
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
