Position Overview

We are seeking professional, bilingual staff to assist with attendee support, directions, and event operations at a large international medical conference. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable engaging with an international audience of physicians from Latin America. 🤝

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist: Welcome conference attendees in both English and Spanish
• Provide directions and information: Help attendees with event details and navigation
• Support registration: Aid with check-in and attendee management
• Coordinate logistics: Assist event organizers with on-site operations
• Maintain professionalism: Uphold a welcoming and polished presence at all times

Schedule Requirements

• Wednesday, May 13 – Sunday, May 17: 12 staff needed daily
• Monday, May 18: 3 staff needed for event breakdown and wrap-up

Dress Code

• Black pants and white shirts required
• Red jackets will be provided on-site
• Black shoes (sneakers permitted if clean and professional)

Additional Information

• Language skills: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Parking: Expenses will not be reimbursed; venue accessible via public transportation (Metro)
• Supervision: Leads and on-site support will be provided
