• Rate: Starting at $41.00/hr 💰

  • Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 8 PM
  • Saturdays: 8 AM - 5 PM

Summary

The Contractor Therapist conducts comprehensive assessments of individuals (children and adults) who may have co-occurring diagnoses. They collaboratively develop recovery plans with clients and their families, which may include goals relating to substance use, health, and wellness, alongside behavioral health objectives.

The Contractor

The therapist employs a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as motivational interviewing and others appropriate to the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments: Provide recovery-oriented screenings and bio-psycho-social assessments, addressing substance use challenges when necessary.
• Offer therapy: Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on managing addictive behaviors that may complicate primary mental and behavioral health issues.
• Develop Recovery Plans: Work in partnership with clients to create personalized recovery strategies incorporating goals, objectives, and interventions.
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices: Use proven therapeutic techniques to support client progress.
• Support holistic wellness: Address substance use, behavioral health, and overall health & wellness in treatment plans.
