Position Details

Compensation & Scheduling 💵🗓️

Starting Rate: $41.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Available Monday - Friday, 8AM - 8PM, and Saturday, 8AM - 5PM. Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments for children and adults, including those with co-occurring diagnoses. You will develop recovery plans in partnership with clients and their families, incorporating goals and interventions that address mental health, substance use, and overall wellness.

The Contractor

You will use a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and other proven practices, to support clients’ recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Recovery-Oriented Screenings: Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments focusing on substance use challenges when relevant.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver both individual and group therapy targeting addictive behaviors that impact mental and behavioral health.
• Develop Recovery Plans: Collaborate with clients and families to create personalized treatment strategies aimed at healing and wellness.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Utilize motivational interviewing and other EBPs to facilitate client progress.
