Contract Details

• Supervision: Licensure supervision available
• Rate: Starting at $41.00 / HR

Work Schedule & Flexibility

Be available to work between Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM, and Saturdays, 8AM-5PM. You will have a flexible hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 🏡

Position Summary

The Contractor Therapist will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and adults with possible co-occurring diagnoses.
• Develop personalized recovery plans collaboratively with the individual and their family.
• Include goals, objectives, and interventions that address not only mental health but also substance use and overall wellness, where appropriate.

What You'll Use

You will utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including:

• Evidence-based practices (EBPs)
• Motivational interviewing
• Other EBPs as indicated

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recovery-oriented screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, especially regarding substance use challenges.
• Provide individual and group therapy to address addictive behaviors that may complicate mental or behavioral health issues.
• Engage in ongoing support to foster healing, growth, and resilience among clients.
