Position Overview

Contract Type: Contract
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 Area
Bilingual Requirement: Spanish Speaking Required
Supervision: Licensure Supervision Available

Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexibility to work Monday-Friday between 8AM-8PM and Saturdays 8AM-5PM. Hybrid work schedule available: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Job Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals—children or adults—who may have co-occurring diagnoses. Collaborating with clients and their families, you will develop recovery plans that include goals, objectives, and interventions. These plans may also address substance use, health, and wellness alongside behavioral health objectives.

The Contractor

Utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as motivational interviewing, the Therapist will provide tailored mental health services to facilitate recovery and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments focused on each individual’s needs, including substance use challenges when relevant.
• Provide individual and group therapy to address addictive behaviors that may complicate primary mental or behavioral health issues.
• Design and implement intervention strategies aligned with recovery plans.
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized treatment goals.
• Use evidence-based practices to support mental health and substance use recovery.
