Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic services? As a Contractor Therapist, you will empower clients facing mental, behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges by providing healing, growth, and resilience-building interventions.

Position Details

  • Type: Contract
  • Locations: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 areas
  • Bilingual Requirement: Spanish speaking required 🗣️

Compensation & Schedule

Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour 💵

Availability: Contracted hours between Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM, and Saturdays, 8AM-5PM. Enjoy a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote 🏡

Role Summary

The Contractor Therapist conducts thorough assessments of individuals (children or adults) who may present with co-occurring conditions. Working collaboratively with clients and their families, you will develop personalized recovery plans. When appropriate, these plans will incorporate goals related to substance use, health, wellness, and behavioral health, promoting holistic healing.

Your Impact

Utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing, you will tailor treatments to meet clients’ unique needs, supporting their journey toward recovery and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Recovery-oriented screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, considering substance use challenges when relevant 🩺
  • Therapy: Provide individual and group therapy focused on addictive behaviors that impact mental and behavioral health
  • Interventions: Implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) to foster healing and progress
