Position Details

Compensation & Schedule
Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour 💵
Availability: Flexibility between:
- Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 8 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM - 5 PM
You will have a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home 🏡.
Position Summary
The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals (children and adults) who may have co-occurring diagnoses. You will collaborate with clients and their families to develop recovery plans that include strategies to address mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and overall health & wellness goals. When appropriate, interventions will target both behavioral health and substance use challenges to promote holistic recovery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct: Recovery-oriented screenings and bio-psycho-social assessments, considering substance use challenges when relevant.
- Provide: Individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing addictive behaviors and their impact on mental and behavioral health.
- Implement: Evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as motivational interviewing and other therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery.
