We are seeking a dedicated Contractor Therapist available in the Philadelphia, PA 19134 and 19133 area. Bilingual speakers (Spanish) areRequired. Licensure supervision is available to support your professional growth.

• Availability: Monday to Saturday, 8AM - 8PM (Weekdays), 8AM - 5PM (Saturdays)
• Work Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
• Pay Rate: Starting at $41.00/hr
• Bilingual Requirement: Spanish Speaking
• Supervision: Licensure supervision available

Job Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments for children and adults, many with co-occurring diagnoses. You will collaborate with individuals and families to develop recovery plans that include goals, objectives, and interventions targeting behavioral health, substance use, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments: Perform recovery-oriented screenings and bio-psycho-social evaluations, considering substance use when relevant.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver individual and group therapies using evidence-based practices (EBPs), including motivational interviewing and other validated approaches.
• Develop Recovery Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment strategies that promote healing and resilience.
• Address Co-occurring Issues: Integrate behavioral health and substance use goals within treatment plans as appropriate.
