Position Details

• Contract Type: Contract
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 Area
• Bilingual Requirement: Spanish Speaking Required 🗣️
• Licensure Support: Supervision Available

Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour 💰

Schedule: Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Position Overview

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals (children or adults) who may have co-occurring diagnoses. In collaboration with clients and their families, you'll develop recovery plans incorporating goals, objectives, and interventions that may include substance use and health & wellness components.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Assessment & Screening: Conduct recovery-oriented screenings and bio-psycho-social assessments, especially concerning substance use challenges.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing addictive behaviors and primary mental/behavioral health issues.
• Evidence-Based Practices: Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and other EBPs.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized recovery plans incorporating appropriate goals and interventions.
