Position Details

• Contract Type: Contractual
• Locations Available: Philadelphia, PA 19134 and 19133 areas
• Bilingual Requirement: Spanish Speaking 🗣️
• Licensure Supervision: Available

Compensation & Schedule 💰🗓️

• Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour
• Availability: Contracted between Monday to Saturday, 8AM - 8PM (Saturdays 8AM - 5PM)
• Schedule: Hybrid model — 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Position Overview

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals, including children and adults, who may have co-occurring diagnoses. You will develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with the individual and their family. When appropriate, these plans will include goals, objectives, and interventions that address substance use, health, wellness, and behavioral health challenges.

About the Role

You will utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as motivational interviewing and other proven approaches, to support clients on their journey toward recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments: Carry out recovery-oriented screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, considering substance use challenges when relevant.
• Provide therapy services: Offer individual and group therapy sessions targeting addictive behaviors and primary mental/behavioral health issues.
