Salary / Hourly Rate 💵

$30/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview

The Bilingual Contract Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, supporting their hiring efforts across manufacturing and hourly positions. Fluency in Spanish and experience with UKG are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Contract Recruiter 🎯

• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for manufacturing and hourly roles
• Develop and post compelling job descriptions across various job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company hiring policies
• Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track applicant progress

Required Experience & Skills 🛠️

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Proficiency with UKG is required
• Onboarding and/or I-9 experience is preferred

Education Requirements 🎓

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
