Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Bilingual Content Manager who is equally comfortable thinking in Spanish and executing in English. This role involves developing content strategies, producing engaging content, managing social media communities, and supervising content across various channels. You will collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, Art Directors, and vendors, all under the guidance of the Creative Director. The ideal candidate is strategic, trend-aware, and highly skilled in content formats.
A Day in Your Life
- Strategic Content Creation: Develop innovative strategies to boost clients’ brand presence and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
- Bilingual Copywriting: Craft compelling copy in both English and Spanish, creating engaging stories, transcreating scripts, and managing content calendars.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, design, and strategy teams to maintain a consistent brand message.
- Audiovisual Production Oversight: Lead and supervise productions such as radio spots and videos, including scripting, client coordination, casting, and feedback.
- Content Scheduling & Monitoring: Use tools like Sprout Social to schedule, oversee quality, monitor performance, and generate reports.
- Community Engagement: Develop response guidelines and foster active, timely interactions to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Vendor Management: Maintain a database of audiovisual vendors, including studios, voice talents, and editors.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest content trends and platform best practices.
- Audience & Market Analysis: Analyze target audiences and market trends to inform content strategies across social media, websites, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Process Management: Follow internal workflows, organize files, communicate effectively, and track time and invoices.
The Ideal Candidate
- Writing & Editing Skills: Strong in proofreading and editing in both Spanish and English.
- Experience: 3+ years in an agency or similar role as a Content Manager.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and social media management tools like Sprout Social.
- Design & Video Editing: Skills in graphic design and video editing are a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related fields.
- Market Understanding: Deep respect and knowledge of multicultural markets and underserved communities.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Comfortable managing multiple projects with precision.
- Multitasking & Deadlines: Capable of handling time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits 💼
Annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience. Eligible benefits include:
