Position Summary

The Bilingual Content & Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in broadening the visibility of Turning Point’s International Ministry through digital media, radio, television, and direct outreach efforts. This role supports internal and external communication strategies, focusing on Spanish-language content, social media, email campaigns, donor communication, and quality control.

Our ideal candidate is a talented writer and editor, fluent in Spanish, creative, detail-oriented, and adept at communicating across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting ✍️

• Craft, proofread, and edit compelling content for:
• Websites, landing pages, and mobile apps
• Social media platforms and advertising copy
• Email campaigns, donor appeals, and direct mail
• Reports, study guides, promotional materials, and printed publications

Communications 📣

• Support the implementation of communication strategies tailored for international markets
• Maintain consistency in messaging, pricing, and offers across all platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to disseminate campaign content

Administrative Tasks 📋

• Create product codes, descriptions, and promotional assets in Spanish
• Manage media schedules, radio playlists, and promotional resource sheets

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• 2–5 years in communications, content creation, administrative support, or digital engagement in a Christian ministry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred
• Fluent in Spanish with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with email marketing tools and social media platforms
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM
• Knowledge of radio, television, or publishing a plus

Additional Details 📌

• Full-time, non-exempt position based at Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA
• Hourly pay: $24.00 – $26.00, plus comprehensive benefits
