We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish and English) Contact Center Representative to join our team immediately. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to healthcare service excellence.

Details of the Role

  • Availability: Immediate
  • Hourly Rate: $13/hour
  • Shift Hours: Full-time, 07:00 AM PST - 05:00 PM PST
  • Location: Remote, US 🇺🇸

Applicants must be eligible to work and perform their job responsibilities within the United States. A Windows-based laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Member Outreach and Follow-Up 📞

  • Conduct outbound survey calls to members scheduled for in-home health risk assessments
  • Ensure that members understand the purpose of the call and feel comfortable providing honest feedback

Survey Administration and Feedback Collection 📝

  • Ask structured questions to gather insights on member satisfaction with scheduling, communication, and the assessment process
  • Probe for additional comments or suggestions to enhance future experiences

Data Recording and Reporting 📊

  • Accurately record responses, insights, and actionable feedback into the contact center's database or survey platform
  • Identify and flag negative feedback, urgent issues, or follow-up requests to the appropriate departments
