About Agile Decision Sciences

What You Need to Bring
- Location: Must currently reside in the DMV area (Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia)
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework desirable
- Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service Call Center or Contact Center environments
- Language: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Work Hours: Ability to work from 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends)
- Other Requirements: US Citizenship or legal permanent residency, and the ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to vehicle registration and other NHTSA matters in a call center environment 😊
- Practice courteous and efficient communication, including proper telephone etiquette:
- Prepare for calls
- Speak clearly and listen actively
- Address caller needs with sensitivity
- Manage irate callers professionally
- Screen and transfer calls appropriately
- Take complete and accurate messages
- Wrap up calls courteously
- Resolve call center issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify the core of inquiries and perform follow-up research to resolve issues
