About the Position:

We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Korean to lead and oversee construction projects in Taylor, TX. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and project management, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects: including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact: between Korean-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors: to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress: prepare reports and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure safety standards: and regulations are maintained on-site.
• Translate construction documents: and facilitate bilingual meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Korean and English: speaking, reading, and writing.
• Basic Spanish: speaking and writing (a plus).
• 3+ years of experience: in construction project management or related field.
• Strong knowledge: of construction processes, local building codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
