Full-time Confirmation Specialist Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to handle inbound leads, confirm customer interest, and coordinate appointments to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role ensures high-quality lead management and excellent customer experience, contributing directly to the growth of Purelight Power.

Key Responsibilities 💼

• Handle inbound leads from our canvassing team, qualifying prospects via phone and confirming appointments.
• Manage follow-ups and schedule/reschedule appointments for Energy Consultants.
• Coordinate effectively with the Field Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure smooth communication and lead management.
• Track and report on the volume and quality of confirmed appointments to maintain high standards.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment statuses.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Compensation 💰

Enjoy an hourly rate of $20-$28/hr depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.

Requirements ✅

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• Passionate about sales, customer service, and developing sales techniques.
• Previous customer-facing experience, such as in hospitality, sales, or customer service roles.
• Motivated and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Availability to work shifts between 10AM and 9PM, Monday through Sunday.
• Trainable and eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused role.
