We are seeking dedicated married couples to join our team as Full-time Flex Houseparents, playing a vital role in nurturing and guiding students in a family-style environment.

🏡 Position Overview: Flex Houseparents
In this unique, impactful career, couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and supporting approximately 8–13 students. They create a structured, family-like environment that promotes students’ academic, emotional, and social growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
📝 Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, and planning engaging developmental and recreational events
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with unscheduled time during weekdays while students are in school. Eventually, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working consistently with the same students in their own dedicated home.

🎓 Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be 27 years or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: only fish and one approved breed dog allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism, serving as role models for students
