The Role: Community Partnerships Manager 🤝

The Community Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving referral growth and strengthening relationships with Regional Centers and community partners in an assigned territory. This position focuses on strategic sales planning, outreach, and community engagement to increase awareness of our services and meet performance goals. Collaborating with internal teams and cultivating new partnerships, the manager plays a vital role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting service expansion, and contributing to our overall business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate referrals and revenue: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Regional Centers and community-based partners.
  • Strategic sales planning: Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with leadership to meet quarterly and annual KPI targets.
  • Representation: Attend Regional Center meetings, community events, and philanthropic activities, occasionally outside standard hours.
  • Outreach activities: Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, meetings, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and service utilization.
  • Data analysis: Track and analyze sales activities, presenting insights and ROI recommendations during quarterly reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Team collaboration: Work with Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to align hiring and service delivery with growth strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Regional Center requirements, Title 17, HIPAA, and relevant regulations.

This is a hybrid role, requiring quarterly in-office presence and weekly travel to Regional Centers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Capacity to foster constructive dialogue and influence decision-making when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales or business development (preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to attend meetings and events.
