Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Communications Specialist and Writer located in Houston, TX. The role involves creating and distributing press releases, developing and executing strategic communications plans, writing content for various platforms, and managing internal communications. The specialist will work closely with diocesan staff and clergy to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience with Press Releases and Strategic Communications
• Strong Internal Communications abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX
• Experience in a faith-based or non-profit organization is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
