Key Responsibilities 🧠

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in skilled nursing and subacute facilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline
• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to regulatory standards using our electronic health records system
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly

Qualifications & Requirements 📋

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted psychologist license in the state of application
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written)
• Basic technology skills, including experience with EHR systems
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to compliance standards
• Ability to provide in-person services up to 45 minutes within assigned facilities
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between rooms throughout the day
• Full vaccination and booster (may be required at some facilities)

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Previous experience in geriatric, subacute, or long-term care settings
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
• Background in psych, addictions, or related fields
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
