Summary 📄

The Bilingual Client Support Manager collaborates with our partners to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Leveraging data insights, the manager identifies areas for improvement, conducts client audits, and manages pipelines to meet customer expectations and company standards. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities 🎯

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English to our clients
  • Support and collaborate with installers to enhance the customer experience
  • Partner strategically with installers on process improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Address questions or concerns from existing customers
  • Maintain communication with installers regarding projects at all stages
  • Manage project pipelines to ensure timely completion
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system
  • Conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Investigate potential fraudulent or suspicious activities collaboratively
  • Provide timely support via email, phone, and chat
  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude to foster strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required

Compensation 💰

Starting at $22.00/hr
