Job Summary

The Client Support Associate plays a key role in assisting customers with Firstrade's investment services. This involves identifying customer needs, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high standard of customer service through email, phone, and live chat channels. The ideal candidate provides prompt, respectful, and courteous support to ensure customer concerns are effectively addressed and resolved in written communication.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • 📝 Respond to inbound emails and phone calls daily regarding investment information and services.
  • 🌟 Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing straightforward inquiries, supported by more experienced team members when necessary.
  • 🔍 Evaluate customer information to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • 📚 Maintain strong knowledge of our products and services.
  • 🧩 Take ownership of customer issues, resolving problems independently or escalating complex issues to supervisors.
  • ⚙️ Perform a diverse range of tasks varying in complexity to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 🌐 Proficient in Chinese (Writing, Reading, and Typing)
  • 📝 Able to read and type in English effectively
  • 👓 Attentive to detail and able to utilize customer information for tailored responses
  • 😌 Skilled in managing and de-escalating challenging situations
  • ⏳ Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks accurately and timely
  • 🎓 Associate degree preferred
  • 💬 Previous chat and/or email customer service experience is a plus

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
