🌟 Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Early Child Care Programs: Provide remote and in-person assistance with product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging training on ELV’s products and services to directors and staff through instructor-led sessions and webinars.
- Develop & Maintain Training Content: Create and update materials for both in-person and online training formats.
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Support new clients with onboarding and implementation, ensuring they are well-supported throughout their journey.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records in various databases and prepare insightful reports on products and services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture effective relationships with internal teams and external partners, providing ongoing feedback.
- Adhere to Standards: Follow project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards diligently.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain thorough follow-up with customers, team members, and the broader organization.
- Support Technology & Quality Assurance: Assist with product updates, technology enhancements, and quality checks.
- Collaborate Cross-Team: Work across teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional translation needs and utilizing CRM tools for client support tracking. 🚀
📝 Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both.
- Attention to Detail & Results: Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Quick learner of new software systems; proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools, multiple operating systems, and cloud applications.
- Time Management: Strong prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Project Management: Experience in delivering projects on deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-Solving: Independent thinker with resourcefulness and good follow-up skills.
- Adaptability & Influence: Comfortable with change and capable of effective cross-functional communication.

🎯 Experience & Technical Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems, cloud-based applications, and CRM tools.
- Ability to navigate multiple browsers, tabs, and windows efficiently.

- Private dedicated workspace for remote workdays.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 90 Mbps and upload speed of 15 Mbps.
