Sherwin-Williams Is Hiring A Bilingual Client Specialist / Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to each customer. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks
  • Ensure products and store areas are in-stock and visually appealing
  • Operate electronic equipment and handle store merchandise with care

Work Environment & Details

This full-time position is based at Store #2299, located at:

903 Mebane Oaks Rd, Mebane, NC, 27302

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have received at least a “meets expectations” rating on recent performance if currently internal to Sherwin-Williams
  • Access to electronic equipment and a professional demeanor when handling cash, personal information, and store merchandise
