Sherwin-Williams Is Hiring A Bilingual Client Specialist / Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work directly with both wholesale and retail customers, providing product information, answering questions, and recommending solutions to enhance their experience with Sherwin-Williams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales according to company policies and procedures.
  • Product Handling: Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix as needed, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Stock shelves, set up displays, clean equipment, and keep the store in excellent condition.
  • Delivery Support: Load/unload trucks and ensure safe handling of store merchandise and items of value.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Internal candidates must have received at least a "meets expectations" rating on their most recent performance review.

Work Location & Schedule

This position is based at Store #2299, located at:

903 Mebane Oaks Rd, Mebane, NC, 27302

This is a full-time role, offering 40 hours per week.
