About the Role

The Customer Service Specialist collaborates closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product questions, and recommend the best solutions. This position emphasizes excellent customer service, quick resolution of concerns, and maintaining product quality and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Sales & Service: Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Product Handling: Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
  • Store Maintenance: Stock shelves, set up displays, clean store equipment, and maintain an in-stock and presentable environment.
  • Delivery Support: Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with store logistics.

Work Location & Schedule

This full-time position is based at Store #2299 located at:

903 Mebane Oaks Rd,
Mebane, NC, 27302

Working 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Physical ability to retrieve items from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Internal candidates must have at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on their most recent performance appraisal.
  • Must be capable of operating electronic equipment and handling store merchandise and payment methods.
