Description

As the Client Services Representative - Bilingual Spanish (12:30pm - 9:00pm), you will manage direct interactions with callers, representing Moore's clients based on their expectations and guidelines. Your role includes engaging via inbound and outbound calls, as well as email management, to ensure excellent supporter experiences.

Hours: 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday

Your Impact

  • Handle client call queues based on training and call volume. 📞
  • Use training and work instructions to perform tasks within client databases according to call requests.
  • Make outbound calls using files and databases, following client guidelines—tasks include donor follow-up, donation recovery, "Thank You" calls, and promotional outreach.
  • Respond efficiently to client emails using designated scripts, accessed via web-based platforms or email applications.
  • Multitask by working within databases, reviewing instructions, and engaging with callers simultaneously.
  • Regularly check RMG email and chat applications throughout the day for effective communication.
  • Participate in client conference calls, training sessions, and visits as directed by Contact Center leadership.
  • Help monitor department billing by tracking daily tasks and flagging any deviations from client protocols.
  • Aim to maintain a service level standard of 80% or higher by answering at least 80% of calls within 20 seconds. ⏱️

Your Profile

  • High school diploma or GED required. 🎓
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily—reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong English communication skills in both written and verbal formats, including scheduling and analysis.
  • Basic problem-solving skills utilizing concrete variables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel for reporting and documentation. Ability to learn RMG systems and client databases.
