The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are excited to offer a full-time, partially remote position for a Client Experience Account Manager! In this vital role, you will directly influence our business by enhancing sales and client retention through outstanding customer service. You will be the primary contact outside of payroll, handling issues and concerns from clients and internal teams. 🌟
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound correspondence, calls, and emails from clients and brokers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Build and nurture client relationships to enhance rapport, experience, and satisfaction.
- Facilitate client requests with internal departments, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion.
- Support clients and internal teams with our technology platforms.
- Project manage complex accounts to meet all client needs.
- Manage and resolve conflicts with clients, brokers, and team members.
- Review and follow up on client cases daily.
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and departments to deliver superior service and retain accounts.
- Record case notes using case management software.
- Process operational data and statistics.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus! 🇪🇸
Attributes We Seek
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of related experience in call centers, customer service, or sales.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
