Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Canton, MA (zip code 02021). Eligible applicants must be able to commute reliably to the location daily.

A Typical Day in Your Role ☀️

  • Connecting with potential and current clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Showcasing how our staffing solutions can meet their requirements.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Strategically managing profitability through effective pricing strategies.
  • Working towards closing deals that contribute to our growth.

Your Responsibilities 🔑

  • Connecting and Growing: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, helping them understand our staffing solutions.
  • Driving Sales Success: Meet and exceed sales targets, expand market share, and seal profitable deals.
  • Matching Talent with Opportunity: Collaborate with recruiting to find the ideal talent for client needs.
  • Providing Top-Notch Service: Serve as a primary contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Working Smart: Manage your client database efficiently, follow our sales process, and stay goal-oriented for great results.

Your Background & Skills 🌟

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (retail, restaurant, or transferrable industries considered).
  • Track record of achieving client conversion & sales targets.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with activity targets and delivering results.
  • Skilled in qualifying, managing, and maintaining a client database.
  • Proven negotiation skills regarding pricing.
  • Credibility in client-facing roles.
