💰 Competitive Pay Rates:

• LPN: Starting at $33/hour
• RN: Starting at $43/hour

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

A compassionate nurse eager to support patients and residents with daily activities and medical needs. You should hold a valid nursing license in New Jersey and have a genuine desire to deliver outstanding care.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Record accurate patient medical histories
• Take and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Monitor patient progress, including medication side effects
• Manage fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts
• Assist patients with daily activities like eating and bathing
• Administer injections, medications, enemas, and perform wound care
• Collect lab samples as assigned
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients
• Communicate with families for updates and instructions

🎓 Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Successful completion of LPN/RN licensing program
• Experience in long-term or skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with PCC (Point Click Care)
• Compassionate, a team player, and able to handle stress
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
