About the Role

As a Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with our sales team to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities from a technical perspective. Your responsibilities include identifying technical requirements, matching them with Keeper solutions, demonstrating product capabilities, providing trials, assisting with implementation, and offering level-2 support to existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products to EMEA channel partners.
• Support and enhance strategic partner technical capabilities alongside the Channel Account Management team to drive revenue.
• Conduct remote and on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Stay aligned with product development and engineering teams on feature updates and enhancements.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
• Address technical questions and objections to foster customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Advise partners on how Keeper solutions can address their business needs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Resolve complex problems systematically, often under pressure.
• Build relationships with technical personnel to identify opportunities and promote Keeper products.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, issue updates via Salesforce, and report to management.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to partners and customers.
• Participate in sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Contribute creatively and effectively to the achievement of company objectives.
• Travel locally and nationally for customer meetings, and operate or rent vehicles as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales technical roles (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer).
• Native French speaker with fluent English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong background in Windows/Active Directory administration, UNIX/Linux knowledge.
• Exceptional presentation skills suitable for technical and executive audiences.
• Technical expertise in networking, security applications, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within channel sales.
• Industry-recognized certifications.
• Scripting or DevOps experience (a plus).
• Familiarity with Identity Providers like Azure and Okta.
• Experience supporting Enterprise customers with cybersecurity solutions, IAM, or security SaaS products.
