Position Summary
The Personal Injury Case Manager collaborates directly with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. Their main responsibilities include handling fact-finding projects, gathering, and organizing crucial documents and information. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an office setting, proficient with Microsoft Office, and excels in both verbal and written communication. 💬🗃️
Essential Job Functions
- Perform data entry duties.
- Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
- Handle incoming calls and communication interactions with clients and third parties.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Keep electronic case files organized and updated.
- Review and verify medical bills, liens, declaration pages, payment logs, etc., from third parties.
- Collaborate with team members about all case aspects.
- Manage a high volume of clients efficiently without compromising organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements
- Full-time availability, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Legal experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
