Join our dedicated team as an In-Home Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in seniors' lives by providing compassionate, personalized care within the comfort of their homes. 🏡

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 4:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m
• Thursday: 4:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m
• Saturday or Sunday: 12:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m

Compensation & Requirements:

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $18.00
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of caregiver experience
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Position Details

What You'll Do 🌟

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors, enhancing their overall quality of life
• Support clients with safe mobility & transfer
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Observe, document, and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
• Create a warm, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being
• Perform physical care, including lifting up to 15-20 lbs
• Use smartphone apps (Wellsky) for clocking in/out and entering client notes

What We're Looking For 🔍

• Language: Vietnamese (required)
• Caring and adaptable individuals eager to make a difference
• Dependable and punctual
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and empathy
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of clients, ensuring high-quality care
