As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in bringing comfort, dignity, and support to clients in their homes. Your efforts will directly improve their daily life and well-being.

📝 Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform household chores such as housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (if applicable)
• Create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client

✅ Requirements

• Active caregiver certification in Massachusetts, such as:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST Homemaker and PC courses)
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients up to 50 pounds
