• Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.58
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Daily Pay Available | Urgently Hiring

Your Role & Responsibilities 🎯

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed
• Perform household tasks such as housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (if applicable)
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client

What We Require ✅

• Active Certification in Massachusetts: CNA Certificate, HHA Certificate, or PHCAST Homemaker and PC courses (see mahomecaretraining.org)
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience caring for the elderly or disabled (professional or personal) (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients (up to 50 pounds)
