Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Provide personal care support: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Run errands, grocery shop, and assist with transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client

What is Required? ✅

• Active certification in Massachusetts: CNA, HHA, or PHCAST Homemaker and PC courses (more info)
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients (up to 50 pounds)
