• Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.58
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities 🤝

• Provide personal care support such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (if applicable)
• Create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client

Requirements ✅

• Active certification in Massachusetts:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST), including Homemaker and PC courses: www.mahomecaretraining.org
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal) (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients (up to 50 pounds)
