Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.58
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 8am - 5pm

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance 🚿👗
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities 🚶‍♂️
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed 🍽️
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks 🧹🧺
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life ❤️
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments 🚗🛒
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for clients 🛡️

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active certification in Massachusetts:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST) courses
• High School Diploma or GED preferred 🎓
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal) - preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality 🤗
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes 🚗
• Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients (up to 50 lbs.) 💪
