Job Details

• Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.58 💵
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, between 8am – 5pm 🕗

Your Role as a Personal Care Aide 🤗

• Assist with personal care support such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene 🛁🧴
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary 🍽️
• Perform household tasks including housekeeping and laundry 🧺
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life 🗣️❤️
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments 🚗🛍️
• Create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client 🛡️💖

What Is Required? ✅

• Hold an active certification in the State of Massachusetts such as:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST Homemaker and PC courses)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred 🎓
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals is a plus (professional or personal) 😊
• Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and communicative 🧡
• Reliable transportation to visit clients' homes 🚗
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist (up to 50 pounds) 💪
