• Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.58 💵

Your Responsibilities as a Personal Care Aide

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance 🧴👗
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities 🚶‍♂️🛏️
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed 🍽️
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks 🧺
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life ❤️
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable) 🛒🚗
• Create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client 🛡️✨

Requirements

• Active certification in Massachusetts: CNA, HHA, or PHCAST (home health aide) — more info at mahomecaretraining.org 📜
• High School Diploma or GED preferred 🎓
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal) preferred 💖
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality 💙
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️🤝
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes 🚗
• Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients (up to 50 lbs) 💪
