HomeInherit is seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to lead our local Miami-area canvassing team. We specialize in helping senior homeowners discover a debt-free way to access their home equity while remaining in their homes for life. Your role involves educating homeowners, collecting interest, and scheduling calls with our expert team.

About Your Role

• Respectfully explain our senior homeowner program 🗣️
• Distribute informational materials 📄
• Gather opt-in interest from homeowners 🤝
• Schedule calls with our founder and advisor team 📅
• Track conversations, appointments, and door activity 📝
• Assist in training future canvassers 🎓
• Potential to grow into a local canvassing manager role based on performance 🚀

Responsibilities

• Door knock in Miami-Dade neighborhoods 🚪
• Engage with homeowners politely and professionally 😊
• Present our senior homeowner program clearly 🌟
• Leave informational materials and encourage interest 🎯
• Book qualified calls with our team 📞
• Monitor and report on daily activities 📊
• Help train and mentor upcoming canvassers 🤝
• Progress into a local field manager position if successful 📈

Requirements

• Reside in the Miami area 📍
• Experience in door-to-door canvassing required 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
• Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred 🗣️
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners 🚶‍♂️🗨️
• Professional, patient, and respectful, especially around seniors 👴👵
• Experience in impact windows, roofing, solar, water filtration, political canvassing, fundraising, field marketing, or appointment setting is a plus ⚒️
• Reliable, organized, and coachable 📅🔧

Pay & Growth Opportunities
