Known for excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Call Center Representative (Remote) fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, responsiveness, patience, and a customer-first mindset, supporting clients via phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities 🧾

  • Receive inbound and outbound calls courteously, timely, and professionally
  • Listen carefully, understand customer needs, and resolve concerns effectively
  • Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments when necessary
  • Follow client program processes and perform tasks courteously
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete customer interactions
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Use knowledge bases and training to provide accurate responses
  • Protect confidential and personal information in all interactions
  • Escalate customer concerns appropriately to management
  • Strive for first call resolution through effective problem solving
  • Attend training sessions, meetings, and review new materials to stay current
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to work schedules
  • Perform other duties to support the company’s ongoing needs

Candidate Qualifications 🎯

Are you motivated and dedicated? We encourage all positive, driven applicants to apply! The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in speaking and reading both English and Spanish
  • At least 6 months of voice, email, and chat support experience as a Spanish Agent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Computer familiarity, including Windows applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Grammar assessment score >85%; comprehension skills >90%
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, evaluation, and follow-up skills
  • Conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented and team player mindset
  • Reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical & Employment Conditions 🚧

This role involves working in a professional office environment, largely sedentary, with the need to sit/stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Employees may occasionally need to move around, reach, or lift objects up to 40 pounds.
