Midtown is looking for a dedicated Full-time Member Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are bilingual in French and English, this could be the perfect role for you!
Location & Work Schedule
- Must be local to the Chicagoland area
- The support team is based at our Chicago headquarters located at 3611 N Kedzie Ave.
- Post-training hybrid work schedule: work from home part of the week, with in-office presence required on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, is essential

Responsibilities 📝
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions via phone and written communication
- Follow through on member requests accurately and promptly
- Engage across multiple channels to close communication loops
- Log and escalate complaints appropriately
- Build product knowledge to answer questions confidently
- Process memberships and bookings
- Outreach and follow-up with members regarding delinquent accounts
- Accurately record customer interactions
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Troubleshoot workflow issues
- Collaborate with teammates and departments for continuous improvement
Experience & Skills 💡
- At least four years of customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with computer applications; experience with HubSpot or CSI Spectrum is a plus
- Willing to handle high call, email, and support ticket volumes daily
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
