Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced Bilingual Call Center Representatives for an immediate opening in Raleigh, NC (Capital Blvd area near Beltline).

Position Details

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm
• Pay: $19 - $21 per hour 💰

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and/or outbound calls 📞
• Receive and promptly respond to real-time customer questions/issues 💬
• Provide exceptional customer service to all callers 🌟

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish essential 🗣️
• High School Diploma or GED required 🎓
• Customer Service or Call Center experience 🛎️
• Good work history ✅
• Reliable transportation 🚗
• Positive attitude 😊
