Training & Schedule 🗓️
Our comprehensive training program runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, over 5-6 weeks. Post-training shifts are available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Responsibilities 📝
- Serve as the initial contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations.
- Provide one-on-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees.
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately.
- Enter application and enrollment data into a web-based system.
- Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care policies and procedures.
- Deliver clear, complete, and objective information based on program requirements.
Requirements ✅
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service processes.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills through analysis and feedback.
- Empathy, knowledge, and commitment to achieving results.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Internet Speed Test: Must meet minimum requirements.
- Background and drug screening required.
